The Maricopa County Department of Transportation is currently seeking candidates for the position of Project Management & Construction Division Manager. The purpose of this position is to manage the activities of the four working sections of the Project Management and Construction Division and lead division staff toward the achievement of MCDOT’s mission, vision, and goals by designing and constructing transportation capital improvement projects while working in a collaborative environment with the other Stakeholders and Technical Specialties (which may report to other Division managers) working on the project.

As a Division Manager, this position works collaboratively with the other Division managers, the Director, Finance Manager and IT Manager to cooperatively and proactively achieve the goals and objectives as set forth in the Strategic plan. In this role, this person supervises Division and Administrative staff to complete many projects, and special assignments as requested by the Management team, and as directed by the Director and the Board of Supervisors from time-to-time.
