SMALL CITIES/RURAL COMMUNITIES TOWN HALL MEETING

Capital Improvement Plans document these needs and describe a plan for implementation given the anticipated costs and available resources. Today’s speakers are experts in what is required to prepare a successful grant funding proposal and in planning for capital improvements. Over the past 30 years their firm has been responsible for assisting municipal clients in securing more than $404 million in grant funding.
