The 54th annual North American Snow Conference will be held May 4-7, 2014 (exhibit dates May 4-6) in Cincinnati, Ohio.
All single booth spaces are 10' wide x 10' deep, with 8' drape backdrop and 3' siderails. The cost of one booth space includes the pipe and drape and one booth identification sign. **Island booths will not have pipe and drape and booth designs/displays should be viewable on all four sides. Exhibitors contracted for island booths and have booth designs that require pipe and drape will be subject to relocation to an appropriate in-line booth space.** Unlimited exhibitor floor passes are included with your booth. Booths do not include tables and/or chairs or electricity.

Displays may not be dismantled until after the close of the exhibits at 1:00pm.
Standard booth background drape is eight feet in height and side rails are three feet in height. No exhibit or display item in a standard booth may exceed 8' in overall height. In any portion of the booth beyond 5 feet from the rear background of the booth, all parts of the exhibit shall not exceed the height of 4 feet. Island configurations are limited to 20 feet where ceilings permit. Island booths will not have pipe and drape. Please prepare your booth accordingly and be sure it is viewable from all four sides. Exhibitors contracted for island booths and have booth designs that require pipe and drape will be subject to relocation to an appropriate in-line booth space All exhibit booths must be carpeted. Any deviation must be submitted to APWA for prior approval. Exhibits not conforming to these specifications or which in design, operations, or otherwise are objectionable in the opinion of the management will be prohibited. Please refer to the Rules and Regulations, included with your exhibit contract, for full detail on the rules and regulations.
All personnel working your booth must register for a badge. Registration information will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit available in late January 2014.
An exhibitor registration includes:
Entrance onto the exhibit floor
Entrance into all education sessions
Sunday welcome reception on exhibit floor
Monday lunch on the exhibit floor (pre-registered reps only)
Tuesday lunch on the exhibit floor (pre-registered reps only)
All refreshment breaks
*An exhibitor registration does not include a ticket to the Tuesday evening dinner event.
Tickets may be purchased for $50.00. Ticket ordering information will be included in your exhibitor service kit.
*Online Exhibitor Representative Registration will be open in late February / early March. An email will be sent to you when it opens.
Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is approximately 13 miles (16 mins) from downtown Cincinnati. There are several ground transportation options available which may be found here.
Exhibits, education sessions, and onsite registration will be located at the Duke Energy Center. Special APWA room rates will be available at the official Snow Conference hotels. Housing information will be made available in January 2014.
