Researchers, scientists, students and public works professionals interested in submitting an article for publication should submit PDF documents by e-mail to the DCS Center’s Applied Public Works Research at dcscenter@apwa.net.
 
Please submit the following:
  • A 150 word abstract
  • The full text, preferably written using APA style of writing and referencing
  • The face page of the article should contain the title, submission date, and affiliation with contact information
  • Exclude all footnotes and appendices
  • Measurements should be noted in both metric and US units
 Please keep the following in mind:
  • The content of the paper should be useful to practitioners of public works
  • Researchers and authors must secure releases from public agencies mentioned in the article and permission for copyrighted material and pictures
