The APWA national, chapter, DCS and self-assessment websites will be down for system maintenance and upgrades from 11:00pm central time Friday, August 29th to approximately 12:00am central time, Saturday August 30th.

New APWA staff

Stacey Lincoln has joined APWA's Washington, D.C. office as the Administrative Coordinator. He will be managing the day-to-day administrative operations as well as assisting with special projects assigned by the advocacy staff.

Stacey has more than six years of association experience with the National Association of Attorneys General and the American Association for Home Care where he worked as the Project Coordinator and the Research Associate for Government Affairs, respectively.

A native of Dallas, Tex., Stacey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Grambling State University in Louisiana. He enjoys reading most subjects, especially politics and history. Stacey is a certified personal trainer and enjoys all aspects of health and fitness. In 2007 Stacey ran two marathons, the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, D.C. and the Big "D" Marathon in Dallas, Tex., and is scheduled to run the Peach Tree Marathon in Atlanta, Ga. later this year. He also enjoys camping and playing flag football.
