    Karen manages the development of text-based courses for formal training implementation by chapters and agencies. In this role, she is the department's liaison to APWA's PET committees in helping define the annual educational process for the coming year. Karen also produces the annual series of satellite videoconferences for member training through our chapters and develops the educational activities for the APWA North American Snow Conference.
