APWA in the News: The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) announced  recently that APWA has been selected as a member of the  Public Safety Advisory Committee (PSAC), whose role it will be to advise the First Net Board on its mission to build a nationwide public safety broadband network. Philip R. Mann, P.E., Traffic Operations Manager for the City of Gainesville, Florida,  will represent APWA on the committee. For more information on the PSAC, please see the articles below.
