Housing Alert

Please note that there is only one official housing vendor for the 2013 APWA Congress and Expo. Room reservation requests will be accepted via the APWA Housing Website and the APWA Hotel Registration Form only. If you are contacted by any outside vendors regarding hotel reservations via any other means, please be aware that they are NOT an APWA authorized vendor. As of this moment, room reservation requests are not yet being accepted, but the form and website will be going live and appear online in March.

On behalf of Show Management, we wanted to bring these important matters to your attention to ensure that we are providing you with the most reliable resources for the upcoming show.

Should you be contacted by any of these outside housing or publication companies directly, please pass that information to Show Management so we can take the appropriate course of action to police this situation going forward. If you have any questions regarding which housing vendors have been approved by APWA, please e-mail Dana Priddy at dpriddy@apwa.net.
