He serves as editor of Bridges, the APWA chapter leadership newsletter, and manages the annual APWA Awards Program.

He works with local government agencies who wish to have customized training in inspections at their site. James will also be co-instructing the Train-the-Trainer session at Congress this year.

Coordination of the APWA audit, federal and state income tax, and state registration requirements is also within Teri's sphere of responsibility.
