Jennings Randolph

APWA and the Eisenhower Institute of Gettysburg College are pleased to announce the 2013 Jennings Randolph Fellows. APWA’s Jennings Randolph Fellows program is one of APWA's long established international learning opportunities. Applicants for the program plan their own field of study and attend and present a topic at the annual conference of one of APWA’s partner organizations. This year’s Jennings Randolph Fellows were chosen from a group of 14 qualified applicants. APWA is pleased to announce the 2013 Jennings Randolph Fellows below:

  • Mrs. Elia Twigg, PE, Public Works Director, City of Palm Bay, FL for study of public works public relations in Australia.
  • Mr. Ray Funnye, PWLF, Director of Public Services, Georgetown County, SC  for study of E-waste in Slovakia.
  • Mr. Sujit Ekka, PE, PH, CFM, Civil Engineer III–Stormwater Infrastructure, City of Durham, NC for study of storm water management in Australia
