“POP” Ethics – Personal, Organizational, Professional”  
  
 This discussion will provide insight into the following areas:

  • The role of ethics for public works--maintaining personal accountability and maintaining the public’s trust.
  • Why individuals should act and think ethically, and discuss some of the ways individuals make good and bad ethical decisions.
  • Identify the need for an organizational  code of ethics.
  • Recognize the value of creating and fostering an organizational culture of ethical behavior.

 
The call will be approximately 90 minutes in length.
