IMPORTANT NOTICE: APWA encourages you to book your hotel room within our official Congress Hotel Block. We know that wholesalers have been contacting exhibitors and attendees offering deals on hotels for the 2012 APWA Congress and Exposition. While it is not illegal for a travel firm or booking agent to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of the offers from these organizations and they sometimes misrepresent themselves as an official APWA housing company. Those who opt for alternatives to the APWA negotiated rates at official Congress hotels may find themselves at risk. APWA reminds you that we have no affiliation with any of these room brokers. Rooms in the official Congress housing block are only available through the APWA Housing Bureau. APWA’s housing bureau does not contact attendees or exhibitor directly.
